A Weekend Retreat Exploring the Question, "WHO AM I?"
June 6 - 8, 2025
For anyone who is seriously grappling with the age-old quandary ‘Who Am I?’, we provide a community of like-minded individuals, a safe space to take off the mask we wear in our daily lives, and proven practices and tools for exploration of that question.
We are grateful to the attendees and staff for creating such a beautiful space for our 2024 retreat and look forward to our next, from June 6-8, 2025.
A calming, 2.5 hour guided meditative experience that helps participants to re-center themselves via a connection with nature through the senses, rather than the intellect. This method has proven effective at reducing stress, fostering attention restoration, & delivering deep personal insights.
The Enneagram is an ancient symbol, said to explain the entire universe. For our purposes we will focus on the structures of the Enneagram that foster a better understanding of oneself, our core motivators and what habits and tendencies might be holding us back.
We'll offer a basic Enneagram Introductory workshop, as well as a more advanced course.
The labyrinth is found in ancient cultures all over the globe, and has been in use for at least 4,000 years. The labyrinth can be a mirror as to where we are in our lives. Everyone's experience is different. For some it is profound, for others a pleasant stroll. Many enter with a question, others leave with one. Walking the labyrinth is path to healing.

“Having traveled to Japan for many years, I began to hear about Forest Bathing and the amazing effects it was having on people’s health through the deepening of a reciprocal relationship with the natural world. So, I began trying it on my regular visits there. After a particularly powerful experience on a recent visit, I thought to myself: 'This is something I can do for the rest of my life'. I returned home with the intention of starting a Forest Bathing practice here. To my delight I discovered that the ANFT was operating with an approach inspired by the Japanese concept but adapted for North America. I applied, was accepted, and took part in their intensive training program. I most appreciate their vision of what our job is as Guide: The Forest is the Therapist, the Guide holds the space for the healing to occur.”

Forest Bathing, aka Nature & Forest Therapy, is a practice. It is open-ended; there is no prescription for what a person "should" experience, or what benefits they "should" receive. Instead, it is a practice of developing a deepening relationship of reciprocity, in which the natural world and the practitioner find a way to work together that supports the wholeness and wellness of each. In Nature & Forest Therapy, there is a clearly defined sequence of guided events that provides structure to the experience, while embracing the many opportunities for creativity and serendipity offered by nature and the individual inspiration of each guide.
Nature & Forest Therapy is not a naturalist walk, rather, it is a slow meditative walk in nature that takes a holistic view to the physiological, mental, emotional, and psycho-spiritual benefits to be derived from an embodied contact with nature, and aims to engage humans through their senses, not their intellects. Nature & Forest Therapy can be viewed as an effective strategy to maintain and boost immune strength in human beings. The walk takes approximately 2.5 hours and requires no exceptional skill or physical exertion.

"When I first learned about the Enneagram it felt very overwhelming to me but yet so simple. The system broke down ego structures into an easy to follow guide for me to understand myself and others. The reality is that we all embody most "types" and it helps us navigate interpersonal relationships with compassion and a new perspective about why we are the way we are. The true gift of learning the Enneagram is to develop compassion and patience for yourself so you can detach from your auto-pilot mode and go back to the very essence in which you were created. You are not your personality; you are a complete, loving human being who is inter-connected with all things within universe."
